- Flight Ticket Booking : The process of booking and reserving flight tickets and other traveling Services in discussion and consultation with the travel supplier.
- Travel Supplier/Supplier : The travel supplier is the airline that provides flight service. Travel suppliers are responsible for a flight itinerary for the traveler/passenger/customers and will not act as the principal service provider.
- Service Element : Booking a domestic or international flight independently without being dependent on a travel itinerary or a package.

- Please note that it is the responsibility of the travelers to review the flight booking protocols before making a reservation. Triwize.com will not be accountable for issues arising from non-compliance.
- The traveler is responsible for providing the right personal details and information while booking the flight tickets, as airlines often invalidate name changes and charge hefty fees for modification. It is crucial for the passengers:
- Check the details before booking the flight ticket and match them with their official documents and passport.
- Passenger with single name passports needs to provide relevant information in advance to ensure a trouble-free booking process.
Cumulative Airfare/ Total Airfare/ Airfare Structure & Charges:
- The total airfare consists of fuel, airport surges, base ticket costs, applicable fees, and other types of taxes. Total Airfare / Cumulative Airfare also consists of an additional charge or service fee charged for flight booking by Triwize.com . However, it doesn't include extra charges for services such as special assistance, baggage check-in, seat selection
- Consent of the traveler/passenger is a must for payment authorization of the total Cumulative Airfare/ Total Airfare, which may be charged in multiple splits or transactions and includes airline as well as Triwize.com’s agent
- Triwize.com accepts special requests such as special meals, window seats, and wheelchair assistance at the time of flight booking. However, these requests are not guaranteed and depend on the airline's availability and
- Baggage allowance and policies differ depending upon the type of airline and the flight ticket. Passengers/travelers/customers should verify baggage allowance before booking to avoid any kind of
- Triwize.com confirms the ticket booking only after receiving the full payment from the passenger/traveler/customer. Once the payment is processed, it may take up to 12 hours or more, depending on the type of payment, for the customer to receive a ticket to the registered email address.
- Triwize.com is not liable for any kind of travel reception that is caused by an invalid. Passengers are solely responsible for obtaining valid travel and visa documents. For more information regarding documentation and visa requirements for the trip:

- Any flight ticket modification depends on seat availability and airline guidelines, so Triwize.com holds no accountability for any financial loss caused due to modification in the elements on the flight tickets. Passengers/travelers/customers are advised to purchase changeable tickets, which are expensive but offer last-minute element change, flexibility in alterations, and charge-free service.
Non-Refundable Tickets And No-Show Policy:
- Triwize.com offers flight tickets at discounted rates. However, most of the tickets purchased utilizing our platform are non-refundable unless the passengers/travelers/customers make a refund request at the time of the booking.
- No refund will be initiated for flight tickets that are partially used or unused.
- Passengers/customers/travelers are requested to notify at least 72 hours before the departure about alteration or ticket cancellation to avoid higher modification charges.
- Some airlines may charge a “No-Show Fee” to Passengers/customers/travelers besides the fare difference and change fee for the ticket if: There is a status update in the GDS reservation system, which our agent will notify Passengers/customers/travelers 72 hours before the departure.
Flight Scheduling and Airline Policies:
- Passengers are advised to go through all the refund, fee structure, rescheduling terms and policies of each airline if they have purchased flight tickets from two or more airlines. Reviewing and complying with the terms and conditions of each airline separately is a must.
- As per airline policies, your flight schedules may alter depending on emergencies or operational issues faced by the airlines. Each airline has its own set of booking policies, and passengers may have to bear costs or penalties for adjustments to unaffected flights. Passengers may have to change their travel plans as the airline may cancel or reschedule the flights as per their guidelines.
- Airlines may charge additional costs for cancellation refunds, changes, and replacement of flight tickets. The guidelines and policies of each airline differ from others, so it is the responsibility of the passengers/customers/travelers to abide by the rules and regulations of the airlines and get prior information regarding baggage limits, check-in times, etc.
Flight Boarding and Check-Requirements:
Domestic Flights:
- Passengers/customers/travelers who have booked a flight originating and terminating in Canada, USA, and India are mandated to check at least two hours before the flight.
- The timeline of minimum check-in hours may differ depending on the air traffic and other operational
- Travelers are advised to check in at the boarding gate 45 minutes before the flight departure.
International Flights:
- Passengers/customers/travelers who have booked a flight originating and terminating from/to Canada, USA, and India are mandated to check at least three hours before the flight.
- The timeline of minimum check-in hours for international fights may differ depending on the air traffic and other operational
- Travelers/passengers/customers are advised to check-in at the boarding gate 60 minutes before the flight departure, with or without checked baggage.
Additional Guidelines And Associated:
- Triwize.com and its agents are not liable for deportation, denied boarding, flight, delays, and non-refundable
- A federal/government entry and exit fee may be applicable to the passenger depending on the booked travel destination/
- Triwize.com doesn’t allow new customer/traveler/passenger addition or removal changes in group booking, and travelers must follow the same
- An additional service fee of USD 50 or 15% of the ticket price will be charged by Triwize.com in forced booking modification requests, such as name, corrections, cancellation, schedule, changes, date, adjustment, and more made by travelers/passengers/
- The debit/credit card details, security code, billing address, and verification number provided by the traveler/customer/passengers will be verified by Triwize.com. If we are unable to verify the information provided to us, the airfare may change without any prior
- Triwize.com or its flight booking agents are not responsible for issues related to unverified debit/credit card and billing details. Passengers are solely responsible for any delays arising from unverified or complete payment information.
