Note: Users/Customers are requested to carefully read the terms and conditions outlined here. By joining or assessing the Triwize Loyalty Program, users/customers consent to abide by the terms and conditions integrated into this Agreement by reference. Users are requested to access or participate in CLUBMILES if they do not agree to the terms.
Please be informed that by agreeing to the terms, you agree to the mandatory class action, waiver, and arbitration associated with the program.
By participating in Triwize.com’s loyalty program, you agree to the following:
Eligibility Criteria For Triwize Coins:
Users/customers, by default, become eligible for the Triwize Coins Program by participating in research and booking flight tickets. The eligibility criteria for this program include:
Participation In Research: Users/customers who book a flight ticket of any type to any destination from our platform by default earn the coins as a part of the program.
Flight Ticket Booking/Purchasing: Users/customers who take part in research activities on the Triwize platform, such as trials, studies, service, etc, also qualify to earn coins from the program.
Redeem Triwize Coins: Coins can be redeemed or used by the Users/customers on our platform to get a discount on flight bookings.
Unique Customer ID & Coin Tracking Policies for Triwize Coins Program:
Unique Customer ID: Users/customers joining the Triwize Coins Program will be automatically assigned to their respective unique customer ID, which can be helpful in tracking the coins earned through research participation and flight bookings.
Coin Tracking: Users/customers can track their earned coins in the above-mentioned ways:
- By receiving an email notification after completing a qualifying task, such as referring a friend, subscribing to the newsletter, or participating in his research.
- Get a real-time overview of the coins on the Triwize account dashboard.
Note: Qualifying actions or ways to earn Triwize coins may change at any time, with or without any prior notice. We hold the right to change, remove, or add the ways to earn Triwize coins at any time.
User Responsibility:
Information Update: Users/customers are responsible for providing up-to-date information on their account details and email addresses to receive precise and relevant notifications of the coins earned and redeemed and for future tracking. Invalid or missing details may stop notifications from reaching your email.
Email Subscription: Users/customers cannot unsubscribe from emails as it is an essential part of the program that can help them track earned or redeemed coins.
Ways To Earn Triwize Coins:
Users/ Customers can earn coins through the Triwize Coins Program by:
- Booking a flight from Triwize.com platform
- Subscribing to the newsletter of Triwize
- Refer other users to participate in the Triwize research program.
- Participating in the research programs offered by Triwize
Flight Booking Policy- Earn Triwize Coins:
- Participants in the Triwize Coins Program can earn the coins by booking a flight through the platform. The number of coins earned is determined based on the current membership tier benefits at the time of booking.
- Users/customers will receive an email detailing the number of Triwize coins earned from the first purchase made by flight booking. It will also include the current tier and corresponding coin rewards information of the participant.
- Users/customers can redeem the coins as a discount on their next flight booking purchase done via the Triwize platform.
Newsletter Subscription- Earn Triwize Coins:
The Triwize Coins Earning Policy refers to the terms and conditions associated with Triwize Coins earned by subscribing to the newsletter. The coins can be redeemed by the subscribers for future flight bookings.
Eligibility Criteria: Users/Customers can ear Triwize Coins by:
- Subscribing to the Triwize newsletter.
- Continue subscription for at least three months continuously.
- Subscriptions should remain active (without unsubscribing or marked as spam) within the duration to qualify for the reward.
Earning Coins:
- Subscribing and maintaining the active subscription to the newsletter for three months.
- After three months of the initial date of active subscription, the coins will be credited to the customer account, and you will be informed with a notification.
Coin Redemption:
After the coins are credited to the account, the user/customer can redeem the earned Triwize Coins to get a discount on the flight ticket purchases.
Key Terms & Conditions:
- The user/customer will not be eligible to earn Triwize Coins In case the subscription is cancelled before the 3-month duration.
- Triwize holds the right to discontinue or change the program/promotion at any time, with or without any prior notice to the subscribers.
- Users/ Customers can take part in the research activities only through invitations sent to the individuals who are eligible for the activities. The eligible participants will be contacted through mail or any other means to take part in the research activities for interviews.
- Coins Earned & Notifications: Participants can earn Triwize Coins upon completing the research activity interview as a reward. The number of coins per activity will be communicated to the participant with an email notification following the interview.
Redeem Coins: Participants can routine the coins earned from research activities by getting discounts on flight bookings from the platform. Users can access the redemption process and discount rate information through email, notification, or from the dashboard on the Triwize platform.
Refer-A-Research-Participant Policy:
The Refer-A-Research-Participant Program is designed with a name to reward individuals for referring people who are eligible for research studies. Referrers can earn coins or rewards after the referred participants have qualified and completed the research interviews.
Research Participation- Earn Triwize Coins:
- Users/ Customers can take part in the research activities only through invitations sent to the individuals who are eligible for the activities. The eligible participants will be contacted through mail or any other means to take part in the research activities for interviews.
- Coins Earned & Notifications: Participants can earn Triwize Coins upon completing the research activity interview as a reward. The number of coins per activity will be communicated to the participant with an email notification following the interview.
Process of Referral:
- Triwize sends an email with all the details of the available research study, the requirements for participation, and the number of coins earned per successful referral.
- Referrers need to answer screener questions and submit contact details of the individuals they are referring to.
- Triwize reviews the referred participants' eligibility for the research study and checks the availability and willingness of the referred individuals after receiving the referral.
- Once the participant meets the screening criteria and is willing to participate, an interview is scheduled as per the availability.
- After the completion of the interview, the referees can earn the specified number of coins from the activity. The referrers will be notified about the coins earned via email.
If The Referred Participant Doesn’t Qualify Or Fit The Criteria:
- If the individual referred by the referral is not qualified for the interview as per the screening criteria, we will keep the provided information of the individuals for future research interviews/activities and opportunities.
- Referrers will be sent an email notification upon the completion of future research studies by the referred participant.
Privacy Policy:
- It is the responsibility of the referrers to ensure that all the personal information of the referred participants remains confidential and is not shared without their consent.
- All the data of the participants will be handled in compliance with the privacy and data protection laws of the research organization.
Obligations/ Terms of Membership:
Participants agree not to misuse program privileges or utilize the points against the rules and policies. These include:
- Misusing the program, earning or redeeming coins in unauthorized ways.
- Engaging in any kind of fraudulent activities, holding multiple accounts, or participating in an unauthorized purchasin
Note: Please be informed that the points earned through the program are non-transferable and are not divisible even in case of divorce or separation.
Triwize Coins Program: Updates, Termination & Suspension:
Triwize.com reserves the right to change, discontinue, or suspend the Triwize Coins Program, in whole or in part, or limit, at any time without any prior notice, even if it affects participants/users/customers' current points. We hold the right to modify, terminate, and suspend the terms of the program, including:
- Terminating, pausing, and suspending the program.
- Modifying or ending coins/ rewards earning and redemption process.
- Updating or changing the rewards offered, their value, and setting any time limits.
Triwize can make changes to the program at any time, and it may affect the value of coins earned from time to time. By accessing and participating in the program, users agree to abide by the changes implemented with or without prior notice. User/customer/participant will be provided with the information related to changes and updates in advance that will be posted with an updated version of our official loyalty program page: https://Triwize..com/loyaltyprogram/
The updated terms and conditions of the program will be posted on our website or sent via email and will be regarded as the official notice of any changes. With the continued use or participation in the program, you agree to the acceptance of the revised terms related to the program.
Users/customers are suggested not to rely on the continued availability of the program. Triwize.com is not responsible for any tax consequences which may arise due to participation in the program. All the rewards and merchandise offered are not guaranteed and may be discontinued or will be available while the supplies last. The users/customers are responsible for paying and reporting any tax-related payments and benefits.
Limitation of Liability:
- Customers/ participants/customers be informed that Triwize Coins is not responsible for any connection with participation or membership in the program, including without liability by reason of termination and limitation in the program, in part or in whole, usage, or limitation of rewards or points in the program.
- You agree that Triwize and its partners are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, consequences, accident, or injury related to the program, including any rewards, and you release the reward supplied or requested from all related claims.
- Triwize Coins holds no accountability for any delivery of service or product provided by its partners. In the event of dispute, our liability with respect to the program, including breach of contract or liability for negligence, will not be greater than the number of points available in your account at the time of the dispute and is subject to these terms.

Tier Validity, Maintenance & Downgrading:
- Once a user/customer/participant qualifies for a tier, the status will be maintained for 12 months.
- The status is maintained on the basis of spending done by the user/customer/participant
- Users who do not meet the required spending threshold for a year will be downgraded accordingly after the completion of a review period. The year will be downgraded based on the actual spending.
Triwize Coins Redemption Terms & Policies:
As a valued member of the Triwize Loyalty Program, you hold the right to redeem your coins earned for availing discounts on your flight bookings. Here is a detailed information on our redemption terms and policies:
Eligibility Criteria & Redemption Tiers:
The redemption of coins by the members is based on the tier level. The redemption details are as follows:
- Tier 1 - members can redeem 40 coins on every $100 spent on booking flight tickets
- Tier 2- redemption of 60 coins on every $100 spent on booking flight tickets.
- Tier 3- redemption of 80 coins on every $100 spent on booking flight tickets
Methods To Redeem Coins:
- Coins can be redeemed on the booking site Triwize.com and can be applied as a discount on booking flight tickets from the platform.
- The coins can only be redeemed over the phone by sharing the unique customer ID by user/customer/participant to the Triwize agent. The available coins will be applied as a discount on your flight booking by the agent during the call.
Triwize Coin Value:
The current value of 25 Triwize coins is $1. However, the value is subject to change as per Triwize terms and policies and can be changed at any time.
Updates & Notifications:Triwize will inform the loyalty program members about any change in the value of coins prior to the change
- Triwize Coins cannot be transferred to any other account as these coins are non-transferable and are the user’s unique customer ID.
- The coins available are only redeemable for booking flights on the Triwize.com platform and cannot be converted or redeemed into bank deposits or cash.
General Guidelines:
- Triwize reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate the Triwize Coins Redemption Policy at any time without needing approval or giving any prior notice.
- Redemption is possible for flight ticket booking, which is not applied to other services or products and is subject to availability while being compliant with all flight booking terms and conditions.
